The PARAMONT residential project, which consists of a 6-story single-unit building, was implemented by the technical and engineering team of Avesh Sepidar Sepehr Company with the installation of advanced air conditioning equipment. For cooling and heating each floor of this building, 6 mini-chillers with a capacity of 16 kW were used.
On each floor, to provide air conditioning and proper ventilation, 2 built-in ceiling fan coils with a capacity of 600 CFM and 3 wall fan coils with a capacity of 500 CFM were installed. This combination of fan coils is designed in such a way that cold and hot air is distributed evenly throughout all spaces of each unit and provides a comfortable temperature for residents.
The systems installed in the PARAMONT residential project, with optimal performance and high efficiency, ensure a comfortable and pleasant environment for residents and at the same time have optimal energy consumption.
