The Daryasafar Project was meticulously designed and executed by the technical and engineering team of Avash Sepidar Sepehr Company following initial evaluations. In the first phase, the company’s experts conducted a thorough analysis and assessment of the project’s requirements. Considering the residential usage, the area and size of each unit, as well as the comfort temperature of the residents, the appropriate capacity for the HVAC system was determined.
After the technical evaluations and final approval, it was decided to use the Midea brand duct split system for this project. The HVAC systems with a 60,000 BTU capacity were installed for the building, which effectively meets the air conditioning needs of these floors. Additionally, for another floor, a system with a 48,000 BTU capacity was chosen, as it was deemed suitable based on the area and requirements of that floor.
In total, the combined capacity of the installed systems in the Daryasafar Project amounts to 168,000 BTUs, equivalent to 49.2 kW. These systems were designed and installed to not only provide the desired comfort temperature but also reduce operational costs by optimizing energy consumption.
