Initially, the project was assessed and analyzed by the technical and engineering team of Avash Sepidar Sepehr Company. In the next phase, considering the residential nature, unit size, and comfort temperature requirements, the capacity was calculated. After final approval, the Mini VRF system from Midea brand was chosen for this project. For each floor, the system includes one external unit with a capacity of 25 kW, two internal ceiling-mounted duct units with a capacity of 7.1 kW each, one internal ceiling-mounted duct unit with a capacity of 3.6 kW, and two internal wall-mounted units with a capacity of 3.6 kW each. The total capacity of this project is 150 kW, equivalent to 510,000 BTUs.
