The Daryasafar project was designed and implemented with care and attention to detail after initial studies by the technical and engineering team of Avesh Sepidar Sepehr Company. In the first stage, the company’s experts analyzed and evaluated the project’s needs in detail. Taking into account the residential use, area and square footage of each unit, as well as the comfort temperature of the residents, the appropriate capacity of the air conditioning system was determined.

After technical evaluations and final approval, it was decided to use the Midea brand duct split system for this project. In the implementation of this project, duct split systems with a capacity of 60,000 BTU were installed for the building, which is a capacity that meets the air conditioning needs of these floors well. Also, for another floor, a system with a capacity of 48,000 BTU was used, which was considered appropriate considering the area and needs of this floor.

In total, the total capacity of the systems installed in the Daryasafar project reaches 168,000 BTU, which is equivalent to 49.2 kW. These systems are designed and implemented in a way that not only provides the desired comfort temperature, but also reduces running costs by reducing energy consumption.
