The Golden Sapphire project, which includes 7 floors above the meeting hall and lobby, has been designed and implemented with care and attention to detail by the technical and engineering team of Avesh Sepidar Sepehr Company. For air conditioning of this building, each of the 6 floors is equipped with a 35 kW chiller along with a 10 kW mini-chiller. This combination of chiller and mini-chiller is designed to fully meet the cooling and heating needs of these floors.

On the other floor, a 35 kW chiller along with a 14 kW mini-chiller has been installed. Due to different needs, this floor has been equipped with a higher capacity mini-chiller to provide the best possible comfort temperature.

To cool the elevator, elevator cabin and staircases, a condensing unit and DX air conditioner with a capacity of 16 kW have been installed.

The type and capacity of fan coils in each unit of the building include the following:

• 1 800 CFM floor fan coil
• 1 1200 CFM 4-way fan coil
• 1 950 CFM 4-way fan coil
• 1 600 CFM 4-way fan coil
• 2 400 CFM 4-way fan coil
• 4 600 CFM wall fan coil
• 1 600 CFM built-in ceiling fan coil
