The Negin Yas project was implemented by the technical and engineering team of Avesh Sepidar Sepehr Company, utilizing advanced air conditioning equipment. This project includes the installation and commissioning of several systems to meet the cooling and air conditioning needs of different parts of the building.

In this project, 6 modular chillers with a capacity of 60 kW from the Trust brand have been installed to provide the main cooling of the building. These modular chillers are designed to have stable and optimal performance and provide comfortable temperatures in all parts of the building.

To distribute the conditioned air in different spaces, 42 4-way cassette fan coils with a capacity of 1500 CFM from the Trust brand have been used. These fan coils, with their beautiful design and efficient performance, distribute the conditioned air evenly throughout the interior spaces.

In addition, providing fresh air in specific spaces:

2 rooftop package units with a capacity of 15 tons have been installed to provide fresh air to the meeting room.

1 Rooftop Package with a capacity of 20 tons is used to supply fresh air to the kitchen.

These rooftop packages are specially designed to ensure proper ventilation and supply of fresh air to the meeting room and kitchen, which is very important to maintain air quality in this crowded and heavily used space. The equipment installed in the Negin Yas project provides reliable and optimal performance and ensures the comfort and convenience of users in all spaces of the building.
