The Yaqut Talaei Project, consisting of 7 floors above the conference hall and lobby, has been designed and executed by the technical and engineering team of Avash Sepidar Sepehr Company with attention to detail and precision. For the air conditioning of the building, each of the 6 floors is equipped with one 35 kW chiller along with a 10 kW mini chiller. This combination of chillers and mini chillers is designed to fully meet the cooling and heating needs of these floors.
On another floor, a 35 kW chiller is installed along with a 14 kW mini chiller. Due to the different requirements of this floor, the higher-capacity mini chiller ensures optimal comfort temperature is maintained.
For cooling the elevator cabin and stairwells, a 16 kW DX air handling unit and condensing unit have been installed.
The type and capacity of the fan coils in each unit of the building are as follows:
1 floor-standing fan coil (800 CFM)
1 four-way cassette fan coil (1200 CFM)
1 four-way cassette fan coil (950 CFM)
1 four-way cassette fan coil (600 CFM)
2 four-way cassette fan coils (400 CFM each)
4 wall-mounted fan coils (600 CFM each)
1 concealed ceiling fan coil (600 CFM)
