Negin Yas Project

The Negin Yas Project has been executed by the technical and engineering team of Avash Sepidar Sepehr Company, utilizing advanced HVAC equipment. This project includes the installation and commissioning of several systems to meet the cooling and air conditioning needs of various sections of the building.To provide the primary cooling for the building, six modular chillers with a capacity of 60 kW each, from the Trust brand, have been installed. These modular chillers are designed to operate efficiently and reliably, ensuring thermal comfort throughout all areas of the building.For air distribution in different spaces, 42 four-way cassette fan coil units with a capacity of 1500 CFM, also from the Trust brand, have been utilized. These fan coils feature a modern design and high performance, distributing conditioned air evenly across the interior spaces.In addition, to supply fresh air in specific zones:

• Two rooftop package units with a capacity of 15 tons have been installed to provide fresh air for the conference hall.
• One rooftop package unit with a capacity of 20 tons has been installed to supply fresh air for the kitchen.

These rooftop units are specifically designed to ensure proper ventilation and a continuous supply of fresh air in the conference hall and kitchen, which is essential for maintaining indoor air quality in these high-traffic and high-demand areas.The equipment installed in the Negin Yas Project delivers reliable and efficient performance, ensuring comfort and convenience for users in all areas of the building.
