The PARAMONT Residential Project, which consists of a six-story single-unit building, has been implemented by the technical and engineering team of Avash Sepidar Sepehr Company with the installation of advanced HVAC equipment.
For cooling and heating each floor of the building, six mini chillers with a capacity of 16 kW each have been used.
In each floor, to ensure comfortable air and proper ventilation, two concealed ceiling fan coil units with a capacity of 600 CFM and three wall-mounted fan coil units with a capacity of 500 CFM have been installed. This combination of fan coils is designed to evenly distribute both cool and warm air across all spaces in each unit, providing thermal comfort for the residents.
The systems installed in the PARAMONT Residential Project ensure an optimal performance, high efficiency, and a comfortable and pleasant environment for the residents, while also ensuring energy efficiency.
